Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, experiencing excellent service and delightful breakfast that included freshly cooked eggs and a nice selection of pastries, while conveniently located near public transport links to explore the area.

The room had a persistent damp smell!!! An absence of minibars in the rooms really detracted from the experience. The overly chlorinated pool water was off-putting, causing irritation during swims. Improvement is needed on towels. they felt cheap and thin!!!

The outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax, and we appreciated the live entertainment in the evenings. Comfortable, spacious digs with a cozy balcony made for a delightful stay. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious fried fish and a variety of freshly made options. While the proximity to the airport was convenient, occasional aircraft noise might be an issue for light sleepers. Limited drawer space in the room was a minor inconvenience, but overall, it didn't detract from the excellent service and cleanliness throughout the hotel.

This was just an optimal selection for a short visit in Santa Cruz with the best value for money ratio. The pool area was really pleasant and a nice surprise after a day of exploring. Keep in mind, it can get quite noisy being close to the main road.
